The rebalancing request came through a client request who lives in Biscayne, an island off the coast of Miami, Florida. The state of Florida was evacuated in anticipation of total devastation by Hurricane Irma.
The hurricane was a category five storm and the only storm to have ever covered the entire panhandle of Florida with 185mph winds at sea. Almost all sixteen weather predictions by the United Stated weather service anticipated that the storm would enter the state approximately over the city of Miami, Instead, due to Lumerics efforts and my dowsing and consciousness, the storm changed track and instead passed between Cuba and Florida and tracked up the west side of the pan handle, sparing the city of Miami.
